  • Responsibilities

    Job Description

    Responsible for instilling a culture of continuous improvement (CI) and building a team that provides marketing services to the properties in alignment with the Company’s strategic goals and objectives. Drives change management programs through effective planning, execution, and communication.

    • Leads the creation of formalized processes to drive effectiveness of marketing services.
    • Drives large scale strategic transformation programs across the organization.
    • Serves as a Marketing thought leader and technical resource for the department, division, and/or enterprise.
    • Guides and influences people, processes, and resources to support business interests as well as team member’s growth and development.
    • Builds trusting relationships with team, property leaders, and executive leadership.
    • Possesses and applies a comprehensive knowledge of current and evolving best practices and industry trends.
    • Understands the implications of process changes on other support functions, regulatory requirements, internal controls, and people.
    • Adapts to shifting priorities while maintaining focus on the broader business goals and objectives. Effectively generates continuous improvements in service levels.
    • Measures the financial impact of process improvements for both efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Monitors overall Key Performance Indicator’s (KPIs) and Service Level
    • Agreements (SLAs) and continually looks for improvement.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
    • At least ten (10) years’ experience in marketing and advertising; At least five (5)years’ experience managing digitally oriented consumer marketing teams.
    • Experience in working with all levels of management, including consulting with key business stakeholders.
    • Experience in project management of multiple large and complex business projects.
    • Strong organizational and communication skills.
    • A proven and successful track record leading a team.
    • Must be able to travel to other properties, including those out of state.
    • Proficient in MS office products and related media software.
    • Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary certifications and/or licenses as required by local gaming regulations.

    $175,000-$175,000 per year
