Position Overview
We are partnering with a multi-site Life Plan Community organization to identify a Vice President of Sales & Marketing to lead enterprise-wide strategy across sales, marketing, branding, and communications.
This executive role is responsible for driving occupancy, revenue growth, and brand performance across multiple communities while leading high-performing teams and partnering closely with senior leadership. Approximately 40% travel required.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead all sales, marketing, branding, and communications functions across multiple communities
• Develop and execute strategies to drive occupancy, revenue, and market positioning
• Establish KPIs and performance benchmarks across all locations
• Oversee sales performance, processes, and CRM utilization
• Direct marketing strategy across digital, advertising, and communications channels
• Lead market research, pricing strategy, and growth initiatives
• Manage sales and marketing budgets with a focus on ROI
• Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, finance, and executive leadership
• Lead, develop, and manage regional sales and marketing teams
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• 10+ years of sales and marketing experience, including executive leadership
• Proven success in multi-site or regional operations
• Experience in Life Plan Communities / CCRCs strongly preferred
