Job Description:
Our client is seeking a Vice President of Sales and Marketing to join the team. This key leadership role is responsible for driving revenue growth, developing and executing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets for Service, Equipment, and Parts. The position involves overseeing all aspects of the sales function, including managing the sales team, maintaining customer relationships, and handling sales operations. It demands strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a comprehensive understanding of the market and customers. Additionally, it will involve hands-on selling, as well as developing and managing customer accounts.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and growth goals
Directly manage the sales team and be a coach-player in the sales process.
Build strong relationships with key customers, partners, and prospects.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to inform campaigns.
Compensation & Benefits:
Base: $110k-$130k
Variable Commission: up to 20% of base salary
Projected Year 1 Earnings: $130k - $160k
