Job Description
_ Required Qualifications_
- 6–10+ years of experience in application engineering / software development
- Strong experience with:
- Apptio / IBM TargetProcess (highly preferred or similar agile planning tools)
- Application architecture and integration
- Agile / SAFe environments
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with business and technical teams
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor’s degree required (Computer Science, Engineering, or related)
_ Nice to Have_
- Prior experience in financial services or large enterprise environments
- Exposure to AI/automation initiatives within enterprise platforms
- Experience supporting enterprise transformation programs
_ Recruiter Notes (for sourcing)_
- Target profiles:
- TargetProcess Engineers / Architects
- Agile tooling engineers (Jira Align, Rally, etc. as adjacent experience)
- Platform engineers supporting enterprise planning tools
- Must be comfortable in a hands-on + stakeholder-facing VP-level role
- Emphasis on configuration + integration , not just admin-level experience
