Job Description

We are seeking a Staffing Specialist / Recruiter to join our team! This is an on-site full-time position.  You will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Healthcare Division Account Manager. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Utilize job hiring platforms to source candidates
• Conduct interviews, evaluate candidates and conduct preemployment screenings 
• Facilitate new hire procedures
• Communicate all relevant information to employees and job applicants
• Partner with Account Manager to ensure placement success

​QUALIFICATIONS:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong phone skills for high call volume
• Organized with attention to detail
• Familiarity with (ATS) Applicant Tracking Systems (helpful)

SCHEDULE:

• 8 hour shift - Day shift - Monday to Friday

EDUCATION:

• Bachelors (preferred)

EXPERIENCE:

• Healthcare: 1 year (Preferred)
• Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
• Staffing: 1 year (Preferred)

• Grand Blanc, MI: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
