Qualifications of the VP of Admissions and Marketing:

• Demonstrated VP-level leadership in Admissions and Marketing, ideally within skilled nursing or long-term care settings.
• Outstanding interpersonal abilities with a proven history of cultivating and sustaining hospital partnerships.
• Extensive experience managing subacute and short-stay admissions, including census growth and oversight.
• Energetic, driven, results-focused professional with a “go-getter” mindset, supported by a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Responsibilities of the VP of Admissions and Marketing:

• Cultivate and strengthen referral relationships with hospitals and healthcare providers to consistently drive new patient admissions.
  
• Design and implement strategic admissions and marketing initiatives across six Maryland facilities (750 beds) to support growth objectives.
  
• Grow the subacute/short-term census and optimise acuity levels while upholding high quality-of-care standards.
  
• Direct admissions workflows and marketing activities across all sites, partnering with facility leadership to achieve target census and an optimal patient mix.
