    The Role

    We are seeking a senior digital growth leader to architect and scale the agency’s digital ecosystem. This is not an IT management position. It is a strategic leadership role responsible for elevating digital rigor, MarTech integration, operational efficiency, and commercial performance across the agency.

    Core Responsibilities

    Digital Strategy & Architecture

    • Own the strategic architecture of our digital ecosystem across CMS, analytics, CRM, automation, and emerging AI frameworks.

    • Strengthen tagging, event modeling, and attribution integrity across client accounts.

    • Establish structured experimentation and optimization methodologies.

    • Ensure digital builds meet standards for scalability, performance, and long-term maintainability.

    Growth & Commercial Impact

    • Partner with senior leadership to define and execute a forward-looking digital roadmap aligned with revenue goals.

    • Lead digital strategy in new business pitches and growth opportunities.

    • Improve contribution margin through stronger scope discipline, workflow efficiency, and systemization.

    • Identify scalable service offerings within digital, data, and MarTech.

    Technical Leadership & Team Development

    • Directly manage in-house developers and oversee external technical partners.

    • Establish development standards, documentation rigor, and quality control processes.

    • Elevate digital fluency across departments including Creative, Media, Strategy, and Client Services.

    • Recruit, mentor, and retain high-performing technical talent.

    Client & Market Leadership

    • Serve as a senior digital advisor to clients, bridging marketing and technical conversations.

    • Articulate POVs on digital growth, MarTech integration, data strategy, and AI innovation.

    • Provide proactive digital insight during campaign planning and execution.

    AI & Innovation

    • Champion responsible integration of AI tools to enhance efficiency and output quality.

    • Establish governance standards for AI usage.

    • Explore opportunities for scalable frameworks and proprietary tools.

    Financial & Operational Accountability

    • Manage digital profitability and resource allocation.

    • Evaluate and negotiate vendor relationships.

    • Ensure technical feasibility aligns with scope prior to client commitments.

    • Reduce technical debt and improve operational velocity.

    Your Profile

    • 8–12+ years of digital leadership experience in an agency or growth-focused environment.

    • Demonstrated success influencing revenue growth through digital strategy.

    • Strong working fluency in CMS architecture, analytics frameworks, CRM and marketing automation platforms.

    • Ability to intelligently review development work across modern web technologies.

    • Experience managing developers and technical vendors.

    • Proven track record improving workflows, systemization, and operational efficiency.

    • Executive-level communication skills and strong client presence.

    • Commercially aware with experience in pricing, pitching, and protecting margin.

    $120,000 per year
