The Vice President of Documentation Compliance is responsible for the accuracy, integrity, and economic strength of every lease and funding document sent to a customer. This role reviews documentation through a financially minded lens, proactively identifying opportunities to strengthen deal terms and maximize lease economics, while also serving as a compliance safeguard across the documentation process.
The position requires hands-on experience with cross-border leasing in Canada and Mexico, including end-to-end ownership of Mexican funding mechanics and a clear understanding of the nuanced differences between U.S. and Mexican leasing. This individual will collaborate closely with our in-house attorney and outside counsel to structure deals and improve the company's position.
This role also serves as the designated backup for Capital Markets, providing critical coverage for a function that currently has no secondary support and operates at high capacity.
This is a position supporting the company’s continued growth, and it is designed to develop into a broader leadership role. In the event of any change within the Documentation team's leadership, this individual will be expected to assume responsibility for document approvals and team management.
