Job Description
The Vice President of Engineering will lead INNERGY’s America’s engineering organization, overseeing teams across North America. This leader will be responsible for technical strategy, people leadership, delivery excellence, and close partnership with Product, AI, and the broader business.
This role is both strategic and hands-on, ideal for a leader who can modernize architecture, reduce technical debt, scale teams thoughtfully, and foster a high-performing, healthy engineering culture.
