Job Description
Care.com is seeking a Vice President of Finance to lead the financial strategy and operations across the company. This executive will own financial strategy, spanning Consumer (Care Core), Enterprise, and Central functions and serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO, CFO, and business unit General Managers.
The ideal candidate brings deep experience in a consumer-facing marketplace or platform business, the executive presence to influence at the highest levels, and a track record of building high-performing finance organizations, leveraging AI and modern financial tools to drive smarter, faster decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Salary Range: $250,000- $285,000 The base salary range above represents the anticipated low and high end of the national salary range for this position. ** Actual salaries may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to work location, experience, and performance.** The range listed is just one component of Care.com’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses and short- and long-term incentives.
