Our client, a restaurant investment and operating group that creates, acquires, and grows fast-casual restaurant concepts, is seeking a VP of Finance to join their team. This role will be a mix of FP&A, Accounting, and Franchise Operations. The position is onsite in Manhattan.

Term: Full Time/Permanent

Location: New York City, NY (onsite in Manhattan)

Compensation: Up to $300,000

Desired Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in finance and accounting, with FP&A expertise

• Background in multi-unit or chain restaurant operations strongly preferred

• Proven ability to support both strategic financial planning and day-to-day accounting functions

• Strong business acumen with the ability to partner closely with operations leadership

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CPA a plus)
