    The Opportunity

The VP of Operations (Integrator) at Home Helpers Home Care is a key leadership role responsible for bringing structure, accountability, and execution discipline across all Utah locations. This leader owns day-to-day operational performance, ensuring consistency in service delivery, financial discipline, and cross-functional alignment across operations, sales, finance, and HR.

This role directly impacts caregiver retention, client satisfaction, and overall business performance. The Integrator will remove operational burden from ownership, stabilize execution across departments, and ensure the organization functions as one coordinated system rather than disconnected teams.

As EOS is being implemented and the company prepares for growth, this leader will play a critica role in building scalable systems, strengthening leadership accountability, and enabling the transition from owner-led operations to a fully structured leadership team.

    The Company

Home Helpers Home Care is a franchise in-home care provider serving seniors and individuals with disabilities across Utah. Services include personal care, meal prep, housekeeping, errands, and companionship that help clients remain independent at home.

The company operates four offices across Salt Lake City, Ogden, Orem, and St. George, generating approximately $7M in annual revenue. Revenue includes VA, Medicaid, and private pay clients, creating a stable and diversified payer base.

Owned by a three-sibling LLC, the organization is in a transition phase of growth and operational restructuring. EOS is actively being implemented to improve accountability, clarity, and execution across all locations.

The culture emphasizes compassion, integrity, accountability, and direct communication, with a strong focus on building a more scalable and disciplined operating model.

    The Mission

Home Helpers exists to help individuals in the community live with dignity, independence, and comfort in their own homes. The organization is committed to delivering high-quality care while building a scalable system that ensures consistent service across all locations.
