Job Description
The Vice President of Practice Management is responsible for leading and overseeing the operational, strategic, and client service functions within the wealth management and advisory practices. This leadership role focuses on optimizing the performance of financial advisors, streamlining operations, and enhancing client experience. The VP of Practice Management will play a key role in aligning business practices with the firm’s strategic goals, fostering advisor development, and implementing best practices among newly acquired and current client teams to ensure the highest level of client service and regulatory compliance.
In addition, they are responsible for M &A Transitions that leads the onboarding and integration of new advisor teams and their clients to the Moneta platform. In-depth knowledge of Moneta processes, custodian requirements, and advisory team needs are critical for success in the role.
Practice Management:
Strategic Leadership
Develop and implement a comprehensive practice management strategy to drive efficiency, team productivity, and client satisfaction.
Collaborate with executive leadership to align practice management initiatives with broader organizational goals.
Identify growth opportunities, including new markets, service offerings, and technology enhancements to improve operational capabilities.
Operational Oversight
Oversee the day-to-day operations processes for multiple wealth management practices at Moneta, ensuring alignment with firm policies and industry regulations.
Standardize processes across the teams to ensure consistency, scalability, and operational efficiency.
Drive the adoption of technology solutions, including CRM and portfolio management
Technology & Innovation
Drive the adoption and integration of new technologies and tools that enhance practice management operations, advisor efficiency, and client engagement.
Stay informed of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in financial services practice management.
Lead data-driven decision-making using analytics and performance metrics to continuously improve practice operations.
