    Position Overview

    The Vice President of Product Strategy will be responsible for leading the overall product vision, strategy, and execution across digital and traditional financial products.
    This executive will oversee the product management function, drive product innovation, optimize pricing strategies, and ensure alignment with business goals and customer needs.

    The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in product leadership, digital banking, financial product development, and cross-functional collaboration, with a proven record of launching successful products and achieving measurable business results.

     

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with business goals, market trends, and customer needs.
    • Lead product lifecycle management from ideation through launch and post-implementation optimization.
    • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and voice-of-customer studies to identify new opportunities.
    • Drive digital transformation initiatives and deliver innovative financial technology solutions.
    • Oversee deposit product pricing, benchmarking, and performance reporting to ensure competitiveness.
    • Lead promotional and incentive strategies that align with marketing and sales goals to drive growth.
    • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing product management team focused on collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
    • Partner cross-functionally with marketing, finance, IT, compliance, and risk management teams.
    • Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, adoption, and profitability to identify opportunities for improvement.
    • Ensure all products comply with regulatory standards and internal risk management policies.

     

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred.
    • 10+ years of product management experience, including 3–5 years in a senior leadership role.
    • Proven track record of developing and launching financial or digital banking products.
    • Strong expertise in pricing strategy, competitive analysis, and revenue growth.
    • Deep understanding of financial services regulations, market dynamics, and digital ecosystems.
    • Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional collaboration and influence executive stakeholders.
    • Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and communication skills.
