They are seeking a dynamic sales leader to drive growth in the logistics services division, including commercial moving, warehousing, and transportation. Reporting to the President, this individual will set strategy, build and lead a high-performing sales team, and personally grow their own book of business.

What You’ll Do

• Own the strategy and execution of logistics services sales, targeting industries such as healthcare and hospitality
• Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing sales team
• Build and expand your own book of logistics services business
• Guide marketing strategy and oversee RFP responses
• Track performance and adjust tactics to achieve revenue growth goals

The pay range is $150,000 – $175,000 base salary plus additional incentives. Starting compensation is based on location, experience, qualifications, and applicable agreements. Benefits may include medical, dental, vision, life, and optional disability insurance; sick pay accrual; flexible time off; paid holidays; bereavement pay; and retirement benefits.

Qualifications

Technology Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook)
• Experience with CRM systems such as HubSpot
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (formulas, charts, graphs, pivot tables)
• Ability to learn and utilize proprietary ERP systems

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or sales management
• 10+ years of sales management experience building, training, and leading teams
• Results-oriented mindset with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
• Strong industry knowledge and an established network of contacts preferred
• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
• Strong analytical and financial acumen
• Exceptional negotiation and contract management skills
• Willingness to travel as needed to build and maintain business relationships
