    Position Overview

    Reporting directly to the CEO, this role is designed for a growth executive with proven success in both SaaS sales and marketing leadership—someone who’s scaled multi-state teams, built strategic partnerships, and led go-to-market execution from the ground up. You’ll own top-line growth strategy and execution, driving new revenue through sales, demand generation, and expansion in the healthcare sector.

    This is a hands-on, outcomes-driven leadership role for someone ready to build, lead, and scale.

    The Ideal Candidate

    You’ve been in the room—and delivered. You bring a track record of measurable success leading both sales and marketing functions, ideally in healthcare SaaS. You’ve scaled teams, opened markets, built KPIs, and turned strategy into growth. You're relationship-driven and commercially sharp, with experience navigating healthcare stakeholders and closing complex deals. You’re not just visionary—you get things done.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Build and lead a national growth strategy across sales, marketing, and partnerships
    • Hire, mentor, and scale multi-state sales teams with clear accountability
    • Implement and monitor KPI dashboards for revenue, pipeline, and team performance
    • Align sales and marketing efforts to ensure lead generation translates to closed deals
    • Oversee all GTM efforts including campaign strategy and performance tracking
    • Lead partnership expansion initiatives across healthcare systems, providers, and affiliates
    • Report directly to the CEO on key metrics, risks, and opportunities
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, ops, and leadership teams

    Qualifications

    • 8+ years in growth, sales, or marketing leadership roles in SaaS (preferably healthcare-focused)
    • History of scaling sales and marketing teams across multiple regions
    • Proven ability to implement data-driven accountability models and KPI systems
    • Strong GTM execution and demand generation experience
    • Deep knowledge of healthcare industry landscape and buying cycle
    • Demonstrated success building and leveraging strategic partnerships

    Must-Haves

    • Proven sales and marketing success in SaaS growth roles
    • Experience leading multi-state teams and national growth strategy
    • Healthcare experience and relevant industry relationships
    • Ownership mindset with strong KPI and accountability execution
