    Job Description

    We are seeking an experienced and visionary VP of Product Management to lead our payments solutions group. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in monetizing payments in business software systems for both inbound customer payments via credits cards and electronic funds and outbound AP supplier payment. This role requires a strategic thinker who can develop and execute a comprehensive product and go-to-market strategy for all payment solutions. This role reports to our Chief Product Officer.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Product Strategy: Develop and implement a business and product strategy that encompasses all aspects of payment solutions, including credit card and ACH payments, outbound payments for accounts payable to suppliers, and expense reimbursements.
    • Go-to-Market Strategy: Create and execute a go-to-market strategy for payment solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market opportunities.
    • Partnership Development: Identify and establish strategic partnerships to enhance product offerings and expand market reach.
    • Product Delivery: Oversee the product development lifecycle, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of payment solutions.
    • Revenue Generation: Drive revenue growth by leveraging payment solutions, ensuring they contribute significantly to the company's financial performance.
    • Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
    • Stakeholder Communication: Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to stakeholders, including executives, customers, and partners.
    • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of product managers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
    • Experience:
      • Minimum of 10 years of product management experience, with at least 5 years in the payments industry.
      • Proven track record in leading payment systems monetization efforts for both inbound and outbound payments
      • Experience working for a software publisher that monetizes payments and has generated significant revenue from payment solutions.
    • Skills:
      • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
      • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive product success.
      • Deep understanding of payment systems, gateways, and regulatory requirements.
      • Experience with business software and its application in payment solutions.

    For this role, the salary range is $225,000 to $260,000 annually. This range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this job and may vary based on location. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including skills, qualifications, experience and other relevant elements.

    At Acumatica, certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including annual bonus and stock. These awards are allocated based on individual performance. In addition, certain roles also have the opportunity to earn sales incentives based on revenue or utilization, depending on the terms of the plan and the employee’s role.
