Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and staff.

Encourage social, emotional, and cognitive development through play-based learning.

Maintain classroom organization and manage daily activities effectively.

Participate in professional development and training opportunities.

Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum and teaching practices.

Requirements:

Florida Department of Education VPK Certification required.

Experience working with preschool-aged children in an educational setting.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a positive demeanor.

Ability to create a nurturing and supportive learning environment.

Knowledge of early childhood development and best teaching practices.

First Aid and CPR certification preferred.
