Salary Range: $45,000 - $70,000 per year

Job Specification:
We are looking for an experienced Marketing Executive. This is a varied and exciting position that combines both hands-on and strategic aspects of marketing. The successful applicant will have the chance to work across the spectrum of marketing activities, with the purpose of supporting the organic growth of VRP in the USA market.

This role is focused primarily on executing marketing campaigns, event management, marketing activities including lead generation campaigns, events, advertising, public relations and social media.

The Marketing Specialist for the USA region will work most closely mostly with VRP’s marketing and team and sales teams. They will report to the Marketing Global Lead and Regional Sales Representative.

Responsibilities:

• Project management of marketing strategies and campaigns in support of regional marketing and sales plans and goals
• Assist sales in business through creative proposals, marketing ideas and ad campaigns
• Execute marketing communication strategies and execute marketing tactics that support overall business goals
• Develop and implement event strategies and objectives that align with the company's vision and goals.
• Owning the social content strategy for the USA market, including creation and management
• Competitive analysis (as needed)
• Industry analysis and prospect research (when necessary)
• Tracking and measuring effectiveness of marketing efforts in driving sales, adjusting strategies to maximize ROI
• Ensuring accuracy, quality, and consistency of corporate standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2+ years’ experience in marketing
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Experience leading integrated digital and traditional marketing campaigns, including paid, earned and owned media channels
• Google Workspace knowledge: Google Docs, Slides, Sheets
• Excellent communication capabilities
• Solid problem solving skills
• Ability to multitask and set priorities
• Creative and innovative abilities
• Ability to meet deadlines

Nice-to-have:

• Tech sector experience
• Video recording skills
• Project management experience

This means our employees will sign a local employment contract with the EOR, and they will be the legal local employer. However, they will be the representative of VRP Consulting, and their day-to-day role will be directed by VRP Consulting.
