We are looking for a motivated, ambitious individual to join the VRS team as an Inside Sales Representative. This position offers a competitive pay rate with the opportunity for incentive earnings.

Position Summary The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for helping to educate pet owners about VRS products and to assist them in making an informed purchase decision. The Inside Sales Representative will experience a detailed training program that provides the resources to become a subject matter expert on all VRS products, as well as the processing procedures pertaining to establishing customer orders and accounts.

The successful candidate will be a self-starter who demonstrates initiative and confidence in making quick decisions and influencing customer purchase decisions in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities Achieves sales and individual performance based metrics to highly qualified leads who have used our products through inbound & outbound calls. Assists in resolving customer issues and requests by following up in a timely manner, including, but not limited to billing and account management. Maintains a professional demeanor at all times

Essential Skills and Experience At least one-year experience preferred as a successful inside sales agent/customer service representative. The ability to convey health-related information to customers in an accurate manner. Excellent organizational, time management and written and verbal communication skills. Bachelor's degree preferred. Experience in animal health or related field a plus but not mandatory. Strong aptitude for multitasking High degree of accuracy in data entry and computer skills.
