COMPANY DESCRIPTION

VRX Labs is a startup business with offices in Long Beach, CA, and Willits, CA. Our business is offering safety testing of cannabis and cannabis related products, complying with the rules and regulations set forth by the Bureau of Cannabis Control (BCC) in the state of California.

(b) The laboratory shall employ a SAMPLER who, at minimum, must have either:

(1) Completed 2 years college or university education [VRX Labs also requires the individual to have laboratory experience as part of a course or in industry]

OR

(2) Earned a High School Diploma or passed a General Educational Development or High School Equivalency exam, PLUS AT LEAST 1 YEAR OF FULL-TIME PRACTICAL EXPERIENCE. [VRX Labs requires the practical experience to be in a lab setting, whether in pharmaceuticals, agriculture / horticulture, or environmental sciences].

Responsibilities 

1. Collect samples according to protocol 

2. Perform sample registration, sample, processing, and delivery.  

3. Interacting with clients in a friendly and helpful manner 

4. Assists in the maintenance and creation of sampling SOPs 

5. Stays up to date on laboratory processes and methods, sampling, and the legal requirements for cannabis testing.  

6. Remains up-to-date on all SOPs and maintains documentation required for compliance. 

7. Work on projects assigned by lab management and work in collaboration with other technicians.

Minimum Qualifications 

• Be 21 years old or older 

• Clean driving record is required 

• Have completed at least 2 years of college or university education 

• High school diploma or passed a General Educational Development or High School Equivalency exam, plus at least 1 year of full-time practical experience  

Physical Demands 

• Must be able to freely move from site to site and around the laboratory 

• Driving a sampling vehicle 

• Moving sampling equipment in and out of premises 

• Must be able to lift 50lbs.

Company Description

Located in Long Beach, VRX Labs spent the past 30 months to prove our scientific testing methodology to the state of California. We are now licensed, and offer testing services for pesticides, heavy metals, microbiological contaminants, mycotoxins, potency, and terpenes. Every product legally sold in a dispensary must first be tested by a lab, and those products must satisfy the requirement of the Bureau of Cannabis Control (BCC). There is more demand for testing services than supply. We are looking for very aggressive and knowledgeable sales people to help VRX Labs become the premier testing lab in California.
