FINANCIAL ANALYST INTERN –SWF (RANCHO CORDOVA): Do you have a passion for analyzing financial data and providing recommendations?  Is analysis your area of expertise? The Financial Global Business Controlling team is looking for a financial analyst to work across all our lines of business as well as support our global team. In this role, you’ll partner with the business controlling team to analyze financial trends and forecasts, and work on ah-hoc projects to drive results and/or recommendations.

• Analyze financial statements and provide insight to results vs plan and trends/market

• Work on ad-hoc projects such as profitability analysis, product program requirements, financial dashboards, and competitive market analysis

• Support team with budgeting, forecasting and committee packets

• Prepare presentations to summarize their approach, assumptions, findings and recommendations

• $11.00-15.00 per hour DOE

• Start Date:  May 29, 2018 (preferred). May be able to wait until June, 18, 2018

• Hours/Week: 30-40 hours - flextime between office hours of 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.

• End Date:  August 10, 2018

Requirements (school application only ok):

• Current college senior or Recent Bachelor’s Graduate
• Ability to research and analyze data
• Strong understanding of financial data

Desired Software Requirements:

• Moderate Level in Excel
• Moderate Level in PowerPoint
• Moderate Level in Google Analytics and Word
