Job Description

The Resource Coordinator will assist in developing a personnel resource plan and overseeing assigned personnel’s career path to included training and qualifications. Maintains manpower requirement and projection file.

• Assigning personnel to tasks based on input from Project Teams to ensure that the best possible mix of personnel are assigned to facilitate the best probability of success for all projects. Upon assignment of personnel will make required changes in Deltek timekeeping for supervisor assignment.
• Maintaining an accurate and up to date production schedule for the division to include schedule dates and manpower requirements along with employee assignments to ensure level loading of personnel and projections of workload or manpower shortages.
• Interviewing personnel and hiring recommendations.
• Coordinating training.
• Tracking and reviewing end of job evaluations.
• Writing 90 day and annual evaluations.
• Review and assign Job Performance Appraisal Forms. Overall POC for all technicians for direction in various personal and professional matters
• Coordinate with PM’s as to description of work and schedule. Assign and deploy technicians on tasking based on availability, experience, and training.

• Assists Project Teams in resolving personnel issues (visit jobsites as necessary).
