Job Description
We are seeking a mid-level PROGRAM ANALYST to provide support to our Navy customer located in our WASHINGTON, DC OFFICE. Position is onsite.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support travel management functions which include pre and post audits of travel authorizations and vouchers in the Defense Travel System (DTS), approvals, conference administration, and general customer assistance.
- Maintain office muster list and staffing telephone trees (recall lists) using data provided by the program office, monitor office supplies and inventory for the Government Point of Contact (POC) to order, maintain training records, monitor the paper and toner levels for printers, copiers, and fax machines and inform the Government POC if service calls or supplies are required.
- Create, type, merge, revise, update, format, proofread, serialize, print, prepare, and route documents, presentations, Naval Messages, and correspondence for Government review and issuance, including handwritten and marked up materials, sketches, draft electronic documents, previous electronic versions, and databases.
- Copy, duplicate, scan, and collate documents for distribution.
- Enter visit requests in the Joint Personnel Adjudication System (JPAS) including researching Security Management Office (SMO) Codes and POCs and confirming receipt with the receiving activity.
- Provide schedule management support such as maintaining schedules, databases, spreadsheets, presentations, and correspondence using data provided by the Program Office.
- Provide coordination, administration, and technical support for a variety of meetings. The contractor shall provide related products and support as required:
- Identify and invite meeting attendees.
- Schedule conference rooms.
- Prepare and coordinate agendas.
- Prepare, develop, and coordinate Government reviews, and distribute briefings, action tracking lists, after action reports, lessons learned, and meeting minutes for the record.
- Responsible for delivering a conference agenda, presentation materials and recording meeting minutes.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must have one of the following:
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least five (5) years of professional experience, OR
- A master's degree in a relevant field and at least two (2) years of professional experience, OR
- At least eight (8) years of demonstrated experience in specific PWS task area
- Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret level clearance. Fully adjudicated Secret clearance is preferred.
- Must be a US Citizen
- Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
- Familiarity with Defense Travel System (DTS) is preferred, not required
- Familiarity with JPAS is preferred.
