Job Description

• Should possess a minimum of 4 to 10 years of Experience in PROD Support, preferable in Mainframe Systems (based on Level)
  - Lead: 8 to 10 Yrs (1)
  - Sr Engineers: 4 Yrs to 7 Yrs (4)
  *** Lead:**
  - Should posses experience in driving Mainframe Systems in PROD Operations out of which should posses atleast 2 to 3 years of experience in Leading a PROD Support team
  - Should have atleast 2 to 5 Yrs of experience in COBOL, JCL, CA7 and DB2
  - Telecom Billing Experince will be added advantage
  - Should be willing to work in 24 * 7 Shifts (across three shifts)
  - Should be good in Troubleshooting and coming up with RCA by adhering to SLA defined
  - Should have experience in Collaborating with Multiple teams and drive the Live Bridge calls to successful Issue resolution across different teams
  - Should posses experience in arriving at SOP for PROD Support
  - Should posses experience in understanding Batch Jobs
  - Should be well versed with different Reporting mechanisms

• Sr Engineer:
  - Should have atleast 1 to 2 Yrs of experience in COBOL, JCL, CA7 and DB2
  - Telecom Billing Experince will be added advantage
  - Should be willing to work in 24 * 7 Shifts (across three shifts)
  - Should be good in Troubleshooting and coming up with RCA by adhering to SLA defined
  - Should have experience in Collaborating with Multiple teams and drive the Live Bridge calls to successful Issue resolution across different teams
  - Should be very good in Communication (written / verbal)
