Position: Sales Executive
Your Role:
- Present our comprehensive rental package to both current and prospective rental owners.
- Establish credibility in management operations and excel in closing sales.
- Actively increase inventory for our vacation rental management program.
- Identify and engage target properties for inclusion in our rental program.
- Educate property owners about our management program and close deals to onboard new properties.
- Foster relationships with internal departments, HOAs, homeowners, realtors, chambers, vendors, and community influencers.
- Develop referral pipelines and maintain contacts through various communication channels.
- Generate leads, differentiate our program from competitors, and overcome objections.
- Pursue opportunities for company growth and expansion.
Compensation:
- First-year target commission range: $25,000-$38,000.
- Annual salary: $50,000.
Physical/Mental/Environmental Demands:
- Majority of work involves indoor, climate-controlled environments.
- Physical demands include sitting (60%) and walking/standing (40%), with occasional lifting up to 15 lbs.
- Mental demands involve organization, multitasking, and problem-solving.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work:
- Full-time position with a schedule that varies based on business needs, including weekends and holidays.

- Reliable transportation for work-related travel.

Qualifications and Experience:
- Preferred 1 year of experience in the vacation rental or hospitality industry.
- Proficiency in document management and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent multitasking abilities with a strong attention to detail.
