What We Offer:
• Competitive Income Potential: $4,000 - $13,000+ per month (base + commission)
Earn 5% on all Finance and insurance products sold from deal #1.

Your Role:
• Engage with Customers: Provide exceptional service, helping customers find the perfect Volvo that meets their needs
• Sales Process Management: Assist customers through the entire car-buying process, from initial contact to closing the deal
• Product Expertise: Stay informed about VW’s product line, features, and benefits, conveying your knowledge with enthusiasm and clarity
• Achieve Sales Targets: Set and reach personal and team goals to drive the dealership’s success
Qualifications:
• Automotive Sales Experience Required: Minimum 1 year preferred
• Customer-Focused: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships
• Motivated and Goal-Oriented: Self-driven with a desire to succeed in a competitive environment
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using dealership systems and technology to enhance customer experiences
