    Job Description

    We are looking for a Human Resources (HR) Specialist to work collaboratively with all levels of the organization, providing and reviewing HR services including policies, benefits, compensation, and performance management.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Identify and source potential candidates through various recruitment strategies.

    • Screen and refer qualified candidates to hiring managers/supervisors and collaborate

    • Coordinate with hiring managers/supervisors to schedule and prepare all virtual interviews. 

    • Collaborate with hiring managers on negotiation of offers, preparation of offer letters, and orientation

    • Develop and coordinate a company on-boarding process and New Employee Orientation.

    • Assist with company training coordination, scheduling, tracking and development efforts.

    • Work with ADP- employee time and attendance system.

    • Coordinate with management to establish and implement an employee review process.

    •   Assist with employee recognition programs.

    • Revise and update employee handbook. 

    • Research and draft new policies and procedures, as assigned.

    • Coordinate, maintain, and prepare documents for various inspections and monitoring with federal, state and county agencies to assure sustained compliance.

    • Maintain personnel information and files in accordance with federal and state laws.

    • Perform all activities with discretion and maintains the confidentiality of all information.

    QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business/Human Resource Management or related field (preferred)

    • 2+ years of Human Resource work experience.

    • Knowledge of standard HR and recruiting concepts, practices, and procedures.

    • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to prioritize, multi-task, and meet deadlines

    • Ability to be respectful, approachable, and team-oriented while building strong working relationships.

    • Proficient in MS Office Suite and Google Docs.

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

    • Excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently.

    • Ability to perform all duties with discretion and confidentiality.

    WORK LOCATION:

    • Work Remotely from anywhere
    • Virtual meetings
    • Regular business hours: Monday – Friday.  Part-time hours with room for growth.
