Vaco has an elite client in the manufactoring space looking to at a Data Analyst/BI Developer to their team. This role with be on-site in Hartselle, AL. RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Interact w/ data to build out data warehouse
2. Maintaining current databases and reporting
3. Building out Power BI and SSRS dashboards and reports
4. Training different departments on the utilization of dashboards

QUALIFICATIONS:

• BA/BS degree preferred
• 3+ years experience as a BI, data, business, or business systems analyst
• Ability to understand complex reporting requirements and create solutions that provide actionable insights to drive performance within the business
• Data visualization experience using Sage EMDA, Tableau, Microsoft PowerBI or other similar tools
• Extensive data modeling experience
• Experience w/Microsoft Business Intelligence stack, including SQL Server, SSAS, SSIS, and SSRS.
• Experience with data warehouse architecture and OLAP cube design
• Experience writing SQL queries
• Experience working in a client-facing technical service and support environment
• Manufacturing industry experience preferred
• Experience with creating financial reports preferred
• Knowledge and/or implementation experience with Sage X3 or other ERP systems is preferred
• Ability to comprehend complex technical concepts and communicate to a non-technical audience
• Demonstrated collaboration, leadership, and organization skills.
• Ability to work well in teams.
• Strong analytical skills along with the ability to solve business critical requirements and issues.
