Vagaro is looking to grow our BI team! In this role you will work cross-functionally with our engineering department and executive team. Your responsibility will be to conduct thorough data analysis, help design, and implement analytics programs, generate reports, and collaborate with various teams to ensure we are optimizing our resources and maximizing our market share. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Dashboard and reporting creation and maintenance
• Creating and maintaining data pipelines
• Perform ad hoc/statistical analysis on an as needed basis
• Determine best method to gather, model, manipulate and present data.
• Gather business requirements and translate business questions into requirements and deliverables

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree (MBA or Master's preferred) or equivalent work experience in Computer Science or related discipline such as Statistics, Mathematics, Marketing, etc.

• 3-5 years' experience working as a data analyst/business intelligence analyst/business analyst

• Experience working with business teams to identify and define problems

• Strong analytical skills

• Strong strategic thinking skills

• Advanced sql querying skills

• BI/Data Visualization tool experience (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, etc.)

• Experience with the data etl process

• Building/maintaining data pipelines with tool such as (e.g. ADF, SSIS, etc.)

• Data warehousing experience (e.g. creating tables, indexes, stored procedures etc.)

• Statistical analysis experience

• Experience in programming languages Python or R is a plus
