Vagaro is looking for an entry level Outbound Merchant Services Representative to join its growing sales team. This position will require a competitive personality, self-motivation to achieve revenue targets, the ability to explain our merchant product to current customers, strong organization skills, and follow up over the phone.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Make 60-80 calls per day to existing Vagaro customers to introduce them to our merchant services
• Ensure progression of customers and opportunities through the sales funnel
• Understand Vagaro's product offering, its position in the marketplace, and be able to compare and contrast Vagaro with competitors
• Track all lead activity and monitor opportunities using SalesForce.com
• Provide exceptional customer service

REQUIREMENTS:

• 1-2 years of sales experience in outbound sales/demand generation position. Experience in B2B, beauty industry, or software sales a plus
• You have a track record of growing in a self-starting environment, demonstrating your drive, creativity, and intellect
• Strong interpersonal communication skills to understand customer needs
• You have awesome customer service skills
• Positive attitude, sense of humor, and open mind
• Resilient. When they hang up or respond negatively, you plow forward with a smile
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks with changing priorities and tight deadlines
• Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner
• Ability to communicate how we differentiate from our competitors
• Experience using Microsoft Office applications, SalesForce.com, LiveChat and/or other CRM tools
