You may be the TUTORIAL VIDEO CREATOR we are looking for! Your main responsibility will be to create engaging tutorial videos to assist our customers in the use of Vagaro software.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Understand Vagaro's mission, products, and voice.
• Learn Vagaro's software inside and out and create engaging educational material, specifically instructional videos demonstrating the use of Vagaro products.
• Be comfortable with recording your own voice for videos.
• Screen capture computer screens for tutorials.
• Write and record scripts for videos.
• Collaborate with technical writers, content team and product team to ensure consistency of content.
• Occasionally use and maintain camera, lighting and audio equipment.
• Export edited footage for distribution across multiple platforms (YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, etc).
• Create branded motion graphics cohesive with production projects.
• Measure video performance metrics (YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

• Proficient user of Adobe Suite or equivalent.
• Proficient with Mac OSX.
• Knowledge of DSLR cameras.
• Excellent sense of pace and timing.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Proficient writing skills.
• Ability to work well with others in a collaborative environment.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

MUST HAVES:

• 2+ years of relevant experience in digital media creation.
• Bachelor's Degree Multimedia, Film, or Communications.
• A video portfolio or reel.

A PLUS:

• 2D Animation, Graphic Design or Photography skills.
