Job Summary We are seeking a positive, friendly Front Desk Agent to provide exceptional service to Vail Spa Condominium's Owners & Guests for the winter season. The Front Desk Agent will assist guests with the check-in and check-out processes, issue room keys, and process payments. Responsibilities also include maintaining communication with housekeeping staff to coordinate room availability, answering guest inquiries, and completing paperwork promptly and accurately. The Front Desk Agent must possess excellent communication skills and the ability to stay positive even when faced with challenging situations. Your goal is to provide guests with an exceptional customer service experience.
Responsibilities:
Meet, greet and interact with guests, owners and coworkers in a friendly and professional manner
Assist guests and owners with check-in/check out
Provide guest and owner assistance such as giving directions, sending and receiving packages, luggage assistance
Respond to guest requests/complaints in a professional, prompt, courteous manner
Receive reservation calls and provide accurate property/area information
Respond and assist in emergency situations
Provide concierge services
Maintain clean and organized work spaces and lobby areas
Complete various administrative tasks such as billing and scheduling
Assist housekeeping and maintenance departments as needed, including pre-arrival condo inspections
Communicate efficiently and professionally via email and phone
Qualifications:
Friendly and outgoing personality
Familiarity with hospitality industry standards
Outstanding communication and customer service skills
Proficient in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
Computer literacy
Able to resolve issues with a customer-focused orientation
Able to lift 50 pounds
