We are seeking Insurance Producers to join our team! You will be responsible for expanding the company's book of business by selling various types of insurance policies to new and existing clients.

PERSONAL PROPERTY & CASUALTY, AND LIFE & HEALTH SALES SUPPORT AGENCY PERSONNEL

LICENSING REQUIREMENT: STATE OF GA ACTIVE PROPERTY CASUALTY AND LIFE & HEALTH LICENSES

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ideal candidate(s):

• will be prepared by meeting licensing requirements

• possess minimum 3 years Agency experience

• possess skills and capabilities to support Agency Principal build and maintain customer engagement and implementation.

• develop suitable coverage protection based on existing product portfolio and clients' needs

• experienced, at engaging with customers face-to-face

• have outside sales experience

• expected to set high goals and follow-thru on their actions and execution

• you enjoy customer engagement, while thriving in a salary-commissions-bonus selling environment

• QUALIFICATIONS:

• Prior insurance industry experience required

• Ability to build rapport with clients

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to prioritize and multitask

We prefer to promote from within. The successful candidate(s), upon meeting and/or exceeding expected results in New Business growth, including premium growth, retention, customer care, and other Key Performance Indicators (KPI), will become recommendation-eligible by Agency Principal to be advanced as Executive Vice-President to lead one of the Agency's Revenue Generating Marketing Group, including additional duties and responsibilities.
