Maintenance Mechanic

Shift: 1st and 2nd Available

Pay: $22.33 (entry level) to $27.83

Job Description:

• Perform mechanical troubleshooting and repair on all production machinery and systems

• Inspect, install, replace, repair, and fabricate parts and equipment as necessary

• Dismantle and move equipment; assemble according to manuals and machinery diagrams

• Troubleshoot and repair motors, pumps, valves, chains, pulleys, sprockets, belts, bearings, etc.

• Perform preventative maintenance on machinery; inspect and test parts

• Ability to read and understand blueprints, machinery manuals, and shop drawings

• Ability to perform different types of welds is a plus

• Use all general hand and power tools

• Follow all safety standards; work in a team environment

• Blueprint Reading
• Creating Preventive Maintenance Plans
• Mechanical Troubleshooting Skills
• Hydraulics Experience
• Pipefitting Skills
• Machine Safety Inspections
• Experience in a Manufacturing Environment
