JOB DUTIES • Perform tasks involving physical labor at construction sites, including but not limited to rough framing and finish carpentry. • Follow blueprint and building plans. • Maintain a clean job site. • Operate hand and power tools of all types • Install structures and fixtures, help erect, level, and install building framework. • Inspect and replace damaged framework or other structures and fixtures. • Operate hand and power tools of all types • Load and unload material. DESIRED SKILLS • Knowledge of carpentry and building maintenance. • Knowledge of safe operation of basic hand and power tools. • Knowledge of workplace safety and safe lifting and handling procedures. • Ability to read building specifications, blueprints and as-builts. • Ability to operate required equipment in a safe and responsible manner. • Flexible schedule. • Leadership skills. REQUIRED • 2+ Years Carpentry experience • Clean Driving Record and Valid WA Driver’s License. • Background Check. • Proper attire as needed for safety, weather and job conditions.
