    Job Description

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Coordinate and execute site and regional IT infrastructure projects including network, hardware, software, cyber security, disaster recovery, and IT support (offices and shop floor)
    • Coordinate and execute specific IT infrastructure projects across all Valence sites and regions
    • Coordinate and execute Valence IT and Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) Policies & Procedures to ensure compliance and mitigate business impact
    • Ensure site and regional IT systems, assets, and information are available and disaster recovery policies are followed
    • Other duties as assigned

    EXPERIENCE

    • Good working knowledge of Network topology & equipment (firewall, switches, active directory, anti-virus, vLan), Server hardware & OS (Win server, Linux, VMware/ESXi, storage arrays), and Personal Computer hardware, OS, software (Win, Mac, O365)
    • Demonstrated capability to configure, maintain, and troubleshoot items above
    • Working knowledge of Controlled Unclassified Information and NIST 800-171 cyber security controls
    • Third party Suppliers and Customer relationship skills and ability to communicate (verbal & written) effectively and interact with customers at all organizational levels and leaders in other regions.
    • Good program & project management skills with the ability to prioritize activities effectively to execute multiple projects in parallel
    • Demonstrative Change Management experience

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer/Information Science or Engineering (or equivalent work experience)
    • 5+ years Information Technology job related experience
    • Six Sigma Green Belt certification preferred
