    About the Role

You will manage operations at the facility parking booth or valet reception counter. Greet arriving patients, guests, and personnel professionally, issuing parking tickets, claim checks, and accurate facility directions.

Document vehicle details, condition, and intake times clearly on tracking slips.

Manage the valet key tracking system securely, ensuring all keys are tagged, organized, and accessible only to authorized personnel.

Monitor entry and exit points of the parking area to maintain safety, regulate traffic flow, and prevent congestion at the main entrance.

Coordinate closely with valet drivers or shuttles to request and retrieve vehicles promptly when visitors exit.

Keep the valet booth clean, orderly, and supplied with necessary documentation, communication equipment, and parking slips.

    Qualifications & Skills

Active California Class C Driver’s License (to move or relocate vehicles within the lot if required).

Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) with no major active violations.

Previous experience in parking operations, customer service, front-desk reception, or security routing is preferred.
