We’re in search of a full-time, dependable valet attendant who can drive and park vehicles on a regular basis and during special events. You’ll need to provide excellent customer service by interacting with guests in a professional, friendly manner and treating their vehicles as your own. Candidates should be hardworking, responsible, and display good attention to detail when working with guests and other team members. This position requires a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record Responsibilities: • Follow existing valet processes to correctly document each vehicle’s parking location on the claim ticket • Perform other duties as assigned • Welcome guests by name upon their arrival and departure to provide excellent customer service • Support guests by taking care of their luggage and ensuring it’s placed in a secure area • Ensure guest vehicles are parked in the designated areas and retrieved promptly and safely Qualifications: • Able to move heavy luggage to and from vehicles and be in constant motion • Able to drive cars with manual and automatic transmission • Good communication and excellent customer service skills • High school diploma or equivalent • At least 1 year of hotel experience or experience as a valet parking attendant Compensation: $16 per hour
