Equis Financial – Boston, MA

$80,000.00 - $250,000.00+ per year (Commission + Bonus)

We are searching for the following two lucrative positions:

*Full or Part-Time Life Insurance Sales Representatives

*Future/Current Agency Owners or Teams

Either position will require a Life Insurance license through your specific state or any state you choose to operate in.

*CRM System for client management

*Access to Qualified Prospects (Lead System)

*Interactive Training & Development System

*Incentive Performance Bonuses

*Vested Residuals

*State of the Art Technology

*Talent Acquisition System (For Agencies)

Average Compensation (Sales/Commissions) =

$700 per policy (5 sales closed per week = 5 x $700= $3,500 Avg Income)

Average Compensation (Agency) =

10% - 20% of total agency volume

Example: Agency does $100,000 in business per month = $10,000 - $20,000 in compensation (does not include bonuses or vested residuals)

*Sales Experience: 1+ Year (preferred)

*Licenses: Life & Health Insurance License (preferred)

*Work Location: Remote via Zoom and/or Multiple Locations

Pay: $80,000.00 - $250,000.00+ per year
