    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Detail oriented (Demonstrate by telling us your favorite ice-cream flavor)
    • Previous experience in dealer sales or related fields
    • Able to geek-out over the latest firearm innovations! From latest accessories to tactical disciplines and anything in-between.
    • Proficiency in handing various types of firearms
    • Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients
    • Familiar with Microsoft Office applications
    • Pleasant, professional telephone etiquette
    • Ability to write professionally with minimal spelling and grammatical errors
    • Deadline and goal-oriented
    • Occasional travel for company sponsored events or trade shows

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Recent or current military service or law-enforcement highly desired
    • 2nd amendment advocate preferred
    • Tactical operation experience desired
    • Advanced degrees (especially for candidates planning to climb rapidly)
    • 60 or higher WPM typing speed
    • Photography / Videography skills
    • Content creation / content editing skills (Adobe CC, Corel Graphic Suite, etc)
    • Prior manufacturing experience, such as CAD/CAM software and CNC machining principles

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Business Development
      • Response to inbound dealer inquires
      • Prospect and engage potential new dealers
      • Assist in marketing activities to build brand-awareness
    • Day to day service and support
      • Address dealer and customer inquiries from all channels, such as e-mail or social media messages
    • Occasional logistic supports
    • Product research and development
      • Identify market needs and assess
      • Review competition's products
      • Assist in prototype review and evaluation, including live-fire assessments
