VALHALLA VITALITY is a concierge and TELEMEDICINE holistic wellness center dedicated to giving patients convenient access to health-promoting therapies that improve well-being. The team at Valhalla Vitality approaches medicine from a holistic point of view using science and technology. The wellness center provides intravenous (IV) therapy to improve nutritional health, peptide therapy for fat loss and anti-aging, and testosterone replacement therapy to restore hormone balance. We are seeking an energetic CLIENT SPECIALIST REGISTERED NURSE (RN) join our team! The RN should bring robust qualifications and a strong desire to contribute their knowledge and expertise to a meaningful program. Accepting applications for full time, part time and per diem candidates! 

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Client intake and initial assessment of patient health needs and goals

• Efficiently guide client toward the appropriate therapies offered by Valhalla Vitality

• Evaluations include a determination of health status, strengths and care needs

• Review consumer medical documentation and or health referral forms, as relevant to the case

• Enter evaluation data into electronic evaluation form and transmit, as required

• Discuss Medication profile with client including medication uses & side effects

• Document any concerns, conflicting information, other issues that surface during the evaluation process

• Emphasize continuity of care, thus reducing or eliminating fragmentation, duplication, and gaps in treatment plan

• Enhance communication and collaborative relationships with interdisciplinary care team members to improve care coordination and facilitate service delivery

• Collect quality review data and any required documentation to support outcome measurements and record case notes

• Ad hoc projects as needed

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's of Science Degree from Accredited Registered Nursing Program

• Active Registered Nurse license in New York State

• CPR and all relevant specialty certification required

• IV therapy experience and training (preferred not required)

• Ability to work with clinical technology to fulfill process and workflow needs

• Patient and subscription management

• Ability to multitask, prioritize in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines with minimal supervision

• Strong communication and client care skills

• Ability to work independently without supervision but keeping an open line of communication with management

• Ability to work under pressure

• Exceptional interpersonal skills

LOCATION:

Onsite in Rockaway Beach, NY

AFTER 3 MONTHS OF EMPLOYMENT THERE WILL BE AN OPPORTUNITY TO WORK PARTIALLY REMOTE.
