    Job Description

    We are looking for a talented Validation Fulfillment Associate to join our growing global team at Sectigo.

    The Validation Fulfillment Associate role is an entry level position in the cybersecurity public key infrastructure (PKI) industry. This individual supports and works closely with validation specialists and technical support agents to process certificate installation on hardware tokens and shipping to customers.

    This is a full-time and in-office position, reporting to our Scottsdale office 5 days a week.

    This is an individual contributor role, reporting to our Manager, Validation.

    Here are the core functions, responsibilities, and expectations for this role:

    • Install security certificates orders on hardware tokens according to industry and company compliance requirements.
    • Maintain quality assurance over the workflow process.
    • Note inventory levels and alert supervisor to potential issues
    • Resolve customer shipping issues and escalate cases when appropriate.
    • Additional tasks associated with this position may be assigned in response to company initiatives and business needs.

    Qualifications

    Education:

    • Associate college degree in business and/or technical related field or equivalent experience is preferred.

    Experience:

    • Ability to work with in-house installation and order management tools.
    • Knowledge of Windows and Office products.
    • Work in an environment adhering to compliance regulatory requirements helpful.

    • Computer literacy skills must include the use of e-mail, databases, and word processing applications.
    • Strong communication and organization skills, with attention to detail and must be able to multi-task.
    • Self-motivated with ability to problem solve, manage time well and get things done.
    • Must be comfortable working on a computer.
    • Ability to work independently and part of a team with limited supervision.
    • Knowledge of SSL PKI products and services is helpful.
    • Possess qualities such as integrity, fair mindedness, and a persuasive, congenial personality.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Quick learner, attention to detail and patience for user questions.
    • Knowledge of corporate environment.
    • Must thrive in a mature enterprise environment while applying existing skill sets and training to increase knowledge base.
