VALLEJO INSURANCE ASSOCIATES, LLC IS HIRING AND WE ARE SEEKING COMMERCIAL INSURANCE ACCOUNT MANAGERS TO JOIN OUR TEAM! THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE AT LEAST 1 YEAR OF RELATED EXPERIENCE AND POSSESS AN ACTIVE CALIFORNIA PROPERTY & CASUALTY LICENSE.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• PRESENT AND SELL INSURANCE POLICIES TO NEW AND EXISTING CLIENTS

• DEVELOP AND CALCULATE SUITABLE PLANS BASED ON CLIENTS' NEEDS

• SERVICING EXISTING CLIENTS/ RESOLVE CLIENT INQUIRIES

• MAKING CHANGES TO EXISTING POLICIES

• PROVIDING INSURANCE CERTIFICATES UPON REQUEST

• QUOTING NEW BUSINESS AND RENEWAL BUSINESS

• ANSWER PHONE CALLS FROM CLIENTS TO RESOLVE QUESTIONS AND INQUIRIES

• COMPLY WITH INSURANCE STANDARDS AND REGULATIONS

QUALIFICATIONS:

• PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IN INSURANCE, CUSTOMER SERVICE

• ABILITY TO BUILD RAPPORT WITH CLIENTS

• STRONG NEGOTIATION SKILLS

• EXCELLENT WRITTEN AND VERBAL COMMUNICATION SKILLS

• ABILITY TO PRIORITIZE AND MULTITASK

• DETAILED ORIENTED

• TASK-ORIENTED AND DRIVEN
