Hallmark Aviation is seeking Customer Service Agents to provide service to our exceptional international airlines at JFK International Airport.

 Job Duties

• Daily functions may include rotation through ticket counter, lobby area, gate functions, customs, arrivals and other areas within the airport
• Constant passenger & crew interaction
• Operate jet bridge (if trained)
• Resolve issues with flight activity to ensure on-time departure
• Some cash handling transactions, manifests, and labeling

Basic Requirements

• At least 18yrs old, with a High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• English and Turkish proficien
• Basic Math Skills: Adding, Subtracting, Division, and Multiplying
• Computer Literate
• Able to stand, bend, squat, reach, grasp and pick up items; occasional lifting up to 70lbs
• Reading & comprehension of reference materials, instructions, policies & procedures
• IF OFFERED, MUST PASS PRE-EMPLOYMENT DRUG SCREENING AT TIME OF HIRE

SALARY/BENEFITS:  $11.00/HR TO $11.50/HR (JAN2018 INCREASE TO $13.00-$13.50); FLIGHT BENEFITS, TRAVEL ALLOWANCE, UNIFORM PROVIDED, CLEANING ALLOWANCE, HEALTH INSURANCE (FOR FT WITH SMALL CONTRIBUTION), VOLUNTARY DENTAL, VISION, AND LIFE, 401K MATCHING UP TO 3.5%, HOLIDAY PAY(AFTER 90 DAYS) AND REFERRAL BONUS.
