COASTAL HOME CARE IS NOW SEEKING AN AREA DIRECTOR FOR IMMEDIATE HIRE!

Are you detail oriented, task-focused, and client services driven? Coastal Home Care is looking for proven leader to oversee our multiple offices and grow with our expanding business. The main focus of this position is to oversee the operations in our western region to ensure quality service delivery to all clients, within contract, state, federal and company regulations, policies and procedures. 

A SNAPSHOT OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Implements and interprets service and operations policies for all new contracts;
• Responsible for monitoring cost in each branch as well as supporting the growth and development in each community;
• Organizes and administers all services and operation within the services area;
• Conduct internal branch audits every 6 months on each branch location;
• Arbitrates grievances reported from field or staff personnel and Clients;
• Responsible for overseeing the recruitment, screening, selection and training of all Branch Managers with approval from Executive Director; and
• Monitor and develop procedures that will stream line office operations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum Five (5) years’ experience in social service administration and management experience with multi branch offices

/OR/

• Minimum Five (5) years’ experience in the provision of Developmental Disabilities services to the elderly and/or disabled

/OR/

• A degree from an accredited four-year institution; AND
• Excellent oral and written communication skills; AND
• Possess a demonstrated ability to organize, administer, and evaluate on-going services in a multi-phased operation; AND
• Have a strong working knowledge of all program rules, procedures, and Company rules and procedures.
