As the ACCOUNTING MANAGER with SAFCO, you will be an integral part of the financial management team leading accounting, reporting and financial control processes to fuel operational and financial success. You will oversee day to day accounting, reporting and financial control for the company and will drive innovation through process improvement, financial analysis and supporting initiatives to further Safco’s reputation and long-standing success.
This full-time position reports directly to our VP of Finance and is located in SAFCO'S headquarters in New Hope, Minnesota (Highway 169 & Bass Lake Road). Our line of products includes furniture and accessories that enhance how people work & learn.

Based in Minneapolis, Minnesota with revenue of $200M, Safco operates a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Milford, Iowa and distribution centers located in Minnesota, Virginia, Georgia, and California. With the acquisition of Mayline in 2016, Safco entered the U.S. manufacturing and operations space producing approximately 25% of its product offering and sourcing the remainder. By making the strategic decision to manufacture in the U.S., Safco is able to deliver with greater speed and efficiency, and build in additional protection in matters such as global trade decisions / tariffs.
