    POSITION DESCRIPTION

    We are seeking a hard-working and motivated Business Development Specialist to join our growing team. The individual in this role will assist company growth and profitability through new customer acquisition, as well as by increasing current customer spend. This role requires personal drive, persistence, good communication, and business strategy expertise.

    Required Skills

    REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

    • Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university preferred

    • A sound level of technical comprehension.

    • 3-5 years of related experience in sales. Experience in sales at the corporate level preferred.

    • A proven track record in strong presentation and communication skills.

    • Must possess basic computer skills including the ability to utilize word processing, spreadsheets, presentation software, and e-mail. Experience with CRM systems is a plus.

    • The new team member should be an energetic, self-motivated individual who enjoys a team environment, as well as a passion for collaboration and professional development

    • Proficient in time management and personal organization.
