Job Description
QUALIFICATIONS:
Answer phone; route calls to appropriate staff
Maintain the Mitel phone system
Open and distribute mail and website email
Schedule UPS pickups for office personnel
Greet and assist applications for job postings
Set up new customers in Great Plains and Salesforce
Enter customer quotes in Great Plains and close out unsold jobs
Purge closed quotes and order
Review and verify all quotes for accuracy
General office and secretary responsibilities
Operate and maintain office equipment
Monitor office supply levels and requisition as needed
Maintain Customer Filing System
Create Colorbar folders
Perform annual review of customer credit terms
Filing
Assist sales and other office personnel
OTHER RELATED QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma or GED, three to five years related experience and or training; or a combination
Ability to read, write and comprehend simple instructions, correspondence and memos
Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, fractions and decimals
Ability to compute rate, ratio and percent
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed instructions
Ability to deal with problems involving concrete variables
Handling of sensitive and personal information must be kept strictly confidential, Violation of this will not be tolerated
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Regularly required to sit with occasional standing
Required to use a computer, phone and other office equipment
Noise level is generally quite
REQUIREMENTS:
Must be able to pass a physical, drug test and background check
Have a valid drivers license with a clear driving record
