Responsibilities: • Design and lead high-energy bootcamp-style fitness classes for a diverse group of clients • Provide personalized coaching and motivation to help clients achieve their fitness and wellness goals • Ensure a safe workout environment by demonstrating proper exercise techniques and monitoring client form • Develop and implement creative and challenging workout routines to keep clients engaged and excited about their fitness journey • Track client progress, provide feedback, and adjust workout plans as needed to maximize results Qualifications: • 2+ years of experience in fitness coaching or personal training • Strong interpersonal communication skills • Ability to motivate and inspire clients • Knowledge of fitness and nutrition principles • US Work Authorization Compensation: $20 - $30 hourly
